Thank you for your response! The sound doesn't happen in relation to the shutter button. But upon further experimentation I think it's the sound of the electronic viewfinder, if that's possible, when I scroll through the leftmost menu items but only when my eye is not to the camera 🤯 Time to re-read the manual!

Bom dia! First post with my brand new X100V. I'm trying to completely mute the camera, but when I scroll through the menu I still get the "shutter-ish" sound. I would think that turning "Operation Volume" to OFF in the Sound Settings menu would do the trick, but I guess I'm missing something. Anyone know the solution? Thanks!
