  1. Thank You. I am totally overwhelmed by the complexity of the technology and the menu. Nobody's fault! Just that - we are trying to jam ten thousand buttons and switches from $250,000 movie cameras into a palm-size still camera. A lot to learn. Learning! Truly appreciate your help, Sir Peter! -A
  2. Hi... Intro: I am a visual art person and I like to help people with interior decoration. I came from Canon background. There is nothing wrong with my Canon gear. They serve their purposes. After an exhausting search for light travel photography gear, I bought the X-T4 with the 16-80mm f4 WR OIS lens. In the past, I have done a lot of photography work with my EOS 5DII 90D R and R5. But, now with my new X-T4, I plan to get into video. Wish me luck! Question: I already started taking more than five hundred pictures within the first week of my X-T4 ownership. No problem. No trouble. Once I switched the camera to video mode, I noticed that the Exposure Compensation dial no longer works. The aperture ring on the lens no longer works. Neither would the shutter speed control knob. I find this very odd. What gives? (I was able to change the aperture through the wheel by the thumb rest. But, that seems to be the only working physical control switch/dial that I have for video.) Thanks, Angie
