I've been having a similar issue with my X-Pro 2 and I finally found a solution for mine. The issue was simply that some applications don't like that the camera doesn't transmit audio, I plugged in a small microphone to my computer and the video feed worked on every app I tried! (old headphones with a mic should work too)
