  1. Yes thanks
  2. Today I realized that the X-T2 supports RAW using ISO 100. The X-T1 only gave you a jpg using ISO 100. My question is any reason to use ISO 200 when you can use ISO 100 with RAW support?
  3. I guess I had been lucky since 2004 as I never had to send in a Canon body for repair. Lenses only once. Fuji 2 bodies in 3 years. :-(
  4. I also called Fuji today and they told me to send it in. They asked to video record the issue and send the video file with the camera. Today I was able to replicate the issue by shooting in CL for a min or two and the camera would lock up when I engaged the menu. The menu window would get stuck in the viewfinder. I hate to send it in as I will be without a camera for at least 2 weeks. :-( My X-T1 also started acting up after 2.5 years of owning it. I LOVE my Fuji cameras, but I never had issues like these with my Canon bodies. I was quoted $380 to fix the X-T1. At the rate these bodies depreciate I can buy an semi-new one for $500-$600. I didn't see the point in fixing it. More like disposable bodies. If I continue having problems with the X-T2 this might be my last Fuji and go back to Canon for reliability. :-(

    WOW amazing pics...
  6. Does anyone have any samples or which lens has better bokeh. 90mm F2 vs 150mm @ 2.8. I love the bokeh that my 6D and 70-200mm 2.8 @ 2.8 generates. I want to know which of these two lenses would give me the better bokeh.
  7. I'm surprised that Fuji didn't issue firmware updates to the lenses..
  8. I see the improvement on the 35mm but not so much on the 56mm I feel the 56 missis focus more now in low light...
  9. Thanks darknj that was it... The Pre-Foucs option was on.... :-/ It was driving me crazy....
  10. Anyone had any issues? It seems my camera is stuck in continuous focus now. Doesn't matter if I'm in single focus or continuous all lenses I have mounted just keep trying to focus like if the camera is in AF continuous mode... :-/
  11. I just got a Helios 44-2 58mm F2 and it's a great little lens. Very sharp wide open and can have the funky swirly bokeh. Just got it yesterday so I'm going to wait till the weekend to put it through it's paces but so far is looking good.
  12. I also have the FDn 50mm 1.4 and it's an awesome lens at F2 and above. The other lens that is great is the 24mm 2.8. Super sharp...I love it. Anything over 85mm I think the lenses start to get a bit heavy on the Fuji bodies unless you are going to use a tripod. Especially the 200mm and 300mm. I would look for anything from wide to 85mm on FD great lenses. Some are less expensive than others but great on the Fujis.
  13. Fuji usually releases firmware for the lenses to go along with the new firmware. You think this will also be the case for this firmware?
