  1. Hi! So, as I see the zoom ring on 18-135 is quite stiff, probably because weather sealing and when zoom it seems that friction between zoom ring is bigger than between lens and lens mount and that causing a little rotational play between the lens and mount for about 0.5 to 1 mm max. (as on my Nikon lens with even much bigger play) just what is tolerance between locking pin and pinhole on the lens mount. The manual focus ring is less stiff in so it does not causing moving the lens, as I suppose on some non weather resistant lens with light turning zoom. What situation is by your sample, and what else could I do, because it seems to me that the stiffness of zoom ring is just average for that model, as the pinhole tolerance (without tolerance some pins would never fall in the hole). Am I maybe wrong?
