so i’ve been having this issue for a while where my phone won’t connect with the app to import photos from my xt3 and do the firmware updates. It worked fine for the longest then just stopped working one day a few weeks ago. The bluetooth connects but when i go to import image, the phone just stops connecting. I saw a similar post that had the solution of deleting the phone and repairing the phone to the camera to reset the name of the phone. I’ve done this but the camera still tries to pair the the wrong phone code even though I deleted it.
