I'm currently hauling around my X100f in the unpadded front pocket of a Filson bag. I'd like to get a small pouch to protect it when I am out and about and not carrying a camera bag. I have my eye on the Billingham Avea 5 side pocket, because I can either put it in the Filson bag or clip it directly to the side of my matching Hadley Pro camera bag. Does anyone else have any experience with the Avea 5 for carrying the X100 series? How does it fit? Are there any issues with getting it out with a thumb rest attached? Does using a hood make it too big to fit in the pouch? So many questions!
