Thank you very much for your reply!
I got it now. Tracing the manual for the word 'LOCK' (there is a lot:) revealed the LOCK SETTING Option on page 230.
This was somehow activated by, as you has pointed out, by me pressing the OK-button for some time.
Now this function stands clear to me🙂

It‘s a lock symbol meaning you locked the keys on the camera‘s back by pressing OK for some seconds
