Hi, Its a good lens optically. Renders very nicelly and its very sharp. The bokeh is also very good. The AF isn't the fastest specially in low light, but good enough if you're not shooting fast moving subjects. And the hood is big, although very good as its made of metal. The hood from the 35mm 1.4 fits nicely and does the job. I sold mine because i don't do macro and needed a faster AF lens since i have a small kid.

No rumors about that now, although the X-T30 was included in the AF updates rumors before. I really hope they do it, but probably they will try to fix the eye-AF issue with the most used portrait lens on the X-T3, the 56mm f1.2... If it comes, i'm no expecting it before end of March / April.

I've used a glass screen protector and the touch screen worked fine, although i turned it of because my nose kept touching it.
