Another weird thing is that I have high speed sync with the tt350 and a neewer monolight while using the monolight as a slave and manual on the tt350

Leave one on camera change that to master using the sync button then the center dial. Then go to the other units pressing the sync button

Yes they will all communicate you need to read the instructions on syncing all together I just figured it out a night ago
