Hi, it's my first post in this forum. I had exactly the same problem. I shoot in manual focus using backbutton focus and auto ISO. I racked my brains trying to think what was causing it. I had tried resetting everything until the only thing left was the exposure compensation dial. I had it set to 'C'- custom so I reset it to '0' and the correct ISO was then shown when I depressed the shutter button. Hope that helps.
