Lance adjustable has no floppy ends when shortened, and it can be lengthened with ease when you're not riding the bike. It's a little bulkier in the midsection than their non-adjustable strap. They will also custom make a non-adjustable strap for you in any length and color you want. I use a nylon Lance on both my X100 and X-E2, and love how smoothly they slide over whatever clothing you have on for ease of shooting.
