My 2.5mm remote socket is not working properly and does not trigger the shutter. When I press the handheld remote button, info on the live view is activated but the shutter doesn't activate. Could it be a setting i've got wrong, or is it simply a malfunction that needs repair by Fuji? Any way of fault finding without returning to Fuji?
