I moved from Phase one to Fuji-x.... Main reasons were ongoing cost of maintaining the kit and the shear size and weight i was carrying around. If we were to see a MF fuji i would love to see low noise long exposure capabilities like my Phase P45+ packed in a body that was lighter and more compact. So if i was to ask a question/questions: what is the long exposure capabilities? How heavy and How big would the kit be?
