Slender Waisted Wasp in California Sun

This Macro is of a slender waisted variety. I had fun stalking this wasp as she went traipsing about the hedge, building a nest inside the branches for maybe an hour. Lucked out with a few colorful, tack sharp images like this. Fujinon XF 60mm R Macro lens. The image is cropped in maybe 50% to magnify the wasp, and remove the excess foliage I captured in the frame.
