Version 4.3.0 firmware update breaks bluetooth?

I have oppo finde x7 ultra and I had the same problem connection with Fujifilm xs20 but today I get app update ( Xapp) and now it's working!!! I have China model oppo find x7 ultra what I did is that I changed the region from China to Azerbaijan and I get update next day... And now it's working App version 2.6.1(c2) I updated from App market ( China app market)
