Paul hank

Hi, I’m new to Fuji after a couple of decades with Nikon and Olympus. Loving most of it but the Auto iso does feel really clunky by comparison, I’m sure I’ll get used to it but one issue is driving me mad. I have the native set to 125 the max set to 3200 and the shutter speed to auto. The DR is set to 100% but no matter what I do I can’t get the iso to drop below 250 unless I take it out of Auto what am I missing ? Any help gratefully accepted
