Hi! I’m new here too. Losing settings might be due to the internal battery running low try keeping the main battery in or charging via USB-C. Also, backing up with Fujifilm X Acquire can help. Thanks for bringing this up!

Thanks for the tips! Turning on the camera before plugging in USB really helped. Zoom works fine for me too haven’t tried others yet, but good to know about Webex and Camtasia.
