Hi. I'm having problems with the light Metering dial on my XT-3 (nr 19 on this picture https://fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/x-t3/about_this_camera/parts/index.html).
When I change the light metering mode nothing happens. The LCD display always show average mode "[ ]", and the actual light metering doesn't change.
Firmware 5.11 (latest version).
Camera is reset to factory settings.
The ISO dial is set to Auto.
The Shutter speed dial is set to Auto.
Exposure compensation dial is set to 0.
FACE/EYE detection is off according to “The selected option will only take effect when GAF/MF SETTING > FACE/EYE DETECTION SETTING is FACE OFF/EYE OFF.” (https://fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/x-t3/taking_photo/photometry/index.html)
Is there another setting that possibly could cause this issue? Or is the camera/light metering simply broken?
Any advice/thoughts/ideas highly appreciated.
