Gibolingos

I'm going to buy a Fufifilm X-S20 + Sigma 18-50 2.8 on the days. What puzzles me is the speed of starting up the X-S20 with this lens - are there any unnaturally long times? I used to have an X-T100 and that one could turn on for as long as 9-10 seconds with or without a kit lens - which was unacceptable.
