Can anyone help? I’ve got an X-T3 which has worked perfectly until now. I always have it set up to delete RAW and JPEG files simultaneously. Since downloading the new Fuji app to transfer photos I’ve experienced two problems. 1. The camera recorded the date taken on each photo as 2018 (!). I managed to sort this out by resetting the date on the camera and also reset the date for my photos on my computer. 2. the second problem I have not managed to solve…. I can no longer delete RAW and JPEG files simultaneously. I have reset the camera but no joy. I spoke with helpful Fuji support desk who suggested I reinstall the firmware. But of course the X-T3 has the latest firmware so I cannot update it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? how do I uninstall the existing firmware?? Remove battery while turning off camera?? Then wait a week?? Any advice would be welcomed. Barry
