Hi everybody

I am trying to update the firmware of my x-t4 but without sucess. I have formatted th sd card, downoaded the new firmware to my laptop, copied it to the sd card, put it in the camera and tried to install it. The camera then reports that there is no firmware on the card but that is not what my laptop says - help -what  am I doing wrong??
