  1. Hello- I have an XT3 and the front wheel is set to operate the ISO when in shooting mode, and scrolling through the images when in playback mode. A few months ago, I noticed that sometimes when I would try to scroll through the images I had just taken, it would often skip to the first image on the card and then sometimes back around. I do a lot of macro work with multiple focus levels of the same composition, so it isn't always super clear just how far it is advancing. I figured maybe the card was going bad and put in a newly formatted card, but the issue still persists. Not long after, I started noticing the ISO not moving. It will often get stuck at some insane ISO like 6400 and not allow me to adjust it. It might move one or two stops, but I can't move it any further. It used to be that after a while it would correct itself, but now I have to take out my battery for a minute to get it to allow me to set the ISO. Sometimes I have to move to the top ISO dial just to continue working. I shoot fully manual, so I have set all three Auto ISO options to the max ranges and turned off Auto ISO. This week, I'm connecting that this is likely an issue with the front wheel. I did a quick search online and noticed other people reporting a similar issue after the big firmware upgrade. I upgraded the firmware when it came out and never connected that this issue may be the firmware. Anyone else figured this out? I hate to send it in for a repair, if it is a firmware issue, but it is getting progressively worse and I can't keep shooting like this. Has anyone found a fix for this? I'm coming from Nikon to Fuji so I'm not familiar with their repair process.
  2. Hello- I am having a similar issue with my XT3. I upgraded the firmware when it came out and never connected that the issue may be the firmware. I have my front dial set to change the ISO when shooting and to scroll the photos in playback. But sometimes (not all the time, just enough to catch me off guard and frustrate me) when I go to scroll photos or change the ISO, it will either go in the wrong direction, or not go at all. Usually turning it off and back on does the trick, but yesterday I had to take the battery out several times. Has anyone found a fix for this? Thanks!
