How much more camera is the XT-3 compared with the XT-30

Hi guys, I'm new around here. A while ago, i was a Nikon-user, Nikon D7500 en D7100, both great camera's. But then i bought an XT-1 and it was love on the first sight. Quickly after i bought the XT-1, i moved up to the XT-30. A little beast. But somewhere, i miss a bit more camera, more body (i have the grip), more... I know that the XT-30 have the same specs, only the weather-sealing is missing, but i consider to moving up to the XT-3. Is it worth to moving up and paying 1000€ or should i better buy me a good lens? Grtz, Matt
