Recently offered a used XF 55 - 200m lens made in Thailand rather than Japan. Cosmetically 'mint'. Any known quality issues wth these compared to those made in Japan?

George. Sound is a bit like old hard disk noise. Camera Fuji X-T2 Firmware latest 4.20. Apart from noise. Lens works fine as far as I can tell. Liam

Low level but constant noise when powered. Worls fine Switching OIS off doesen't change. Fault or normal for this lens?
