For the French here, I got an answer from Fuji. There are no eligible sellers. Every French based seller (as long as it is not ebay or such) is eligible. The sellers adress on the invoice will act as a proof. Their answer : "Merci pour votre email. Votre achat éligible peut être effectué au près de tout revendeur français ou site internet français, à l'exception des sites d'enchères tel que Ebay. Veuillez nous excuser pour cette confusion, notre site promotionnel ne comporte pas de page de revendeurs éligibles..." The sad thing is that the cheapest seller in France sells the XF 27mm for €340, which makes €240 after rebate and E-infinity on the other side sells it for €254. The difference (€14) is ridiculously small. Almost no interest..
