Please, Please, Please open up the shutter on the X camera (so we can shot 24fps at 1/15 or slower! It would be so fun to play with this on my new X-H2. I switch from Sony and would love this option for some shoots.

Does anyone know whether the XT4 / XH2S / XH2 or other Fuji X Cameras allow one to go under 1/30s in VIDEO mode? i want to use a Shutter Speed of 1/10s or even lower for example, which will create trails/blurs that I need for an artistic shoot. The XT3 and my XS10 do not allow me to go underneath 1/30s. Any help would be much appreciated! (As mentioned, this is for Artistic Effects, I already know Frame Rate/Shutter Speed standards.)
