Instax sp-2 doesn't work with iOS 13

Every time I try to connect to my printer I get an error message telling me to search again. I've tried all the troubleshooting techniques. This all happened when I updated to iOS 13. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having the exact same problem. I just powered on the Instax for the first time and IOS 13 won't recognize it.

Same problem! It is connected onto the WiFi but every time I try to print a photo it tells me to connect to the WiFi!! Have tried turning it off and on again, charging, turning off WiFi and back on again! Connecting is no problem but the app won’t connect to the printer!

I have exact the same problem.

Fuji talk about the location setting have to be on during the app.

But in instax share there are no location settings and in privacy/ location settings there is no instax setting

At first there were no location settings in IOS 13 for the Instax printer however after doing the following

If you cannot find "Location," please open "instax SHARE" app. Tap "Real time template" on the app screen at upper left, and select the dialogue "Allow."

it worked and I could print. Unfortunately it worked only for 1 day.

The privacy/location setting is now available and set to "While using the App."

The wifi is set to INSTAX-xxxxxxxx

But the printer still does not seems to be connected and I always receive the error message 

"Searching for a printer ...Turn on the Wi-Fi on your device, and choose the printer name from the "Choose a network..." list."

Then after some seconds the error message change in:

"Search again. Turn on the Wi-Fi on your device, and choose the printer name from the "Choose a network..." list."

I tried it again and again and again and ...

But it does not work.

I still have 5 new film-packs which I cannot use, it is a shame.

Same issue here!  IOS 13.2 and after doing all the troubleshooting, my app will still not recognize the printer!  So frustrating.
