HELP! Left my camera home for my Japan vacation

Stupid guy of the day, that’s me! I packed all my gear (100-400, 2x teleconverter, 16mm/f1.4, Drone, batteries, tripod) and left my XT2 with the 18-135 on my coffee table at home. Realized this after boarding my ANA flight to Narita. We are staying in Ginza for 3 nights before heading to Nagano, Kyoto and Hakone. Where can I rent a body with 18-135 for the 12 day trip? I will be returning via Tokyo on a Saturday. How much will the rental cost? Or is it cheaper to buy, if yes, where can I get a deal? My wife and the other couple (another Fuji fan) accompanying us on this vacation are chuckling!😢

IN the jiapan the prices of cameras are very expensive.  It is better to rent them
