A problem with film sims in LR

While studying sharpening settings in Lightroom, I happened to capture an image of a Kodak Grayscale card having a white "C" with a cyan-colored circle background. When I applied the Fuji film sims to it, I found that many of them produced a marked gray edge between the cyan portion and all other areas of the image. This effect was present in particular for the ASTIA and VELVIA simulations. It was not due to sharpening since I applied none. The RAF file was captured in a Fuji X-Pro2.

Lee Varis suggested to me that it might be something in the Lightroom de-mosaicing of the Fuji RAF file.

So, I imported the RAF image into CaptureOne, into which I had installed the X-T3 film sims (ignoring the fact that these sims were from a site for the X-T3 because they have not been published yet for CaptureOne for the X-Pro2). Having applied the Astia X-T3 film simulation (as a camera profile), the second image shows no such anomaly.

I am posting this for two reasons: 1. to alert others to this issue, and 2. to hope against hope that the Fuji Film sims for Capture can be made available.
