Tethering w/ GFX 50s

Recommended Posts

Since Capture One will not support he GFX 50s, I am left with few tethering options, other then Fuji's "Pro" tethering plugin for Lightroom.

Since I don't use Lightroom and the plugin is buggy, to say the very least, my only other option is to use a hack, or a convoluted process,  in order to get the files into C1!

At this point, does anyone know whether there will be  standalone tethering app for the GFX, like Canon, Nikon,  Hasselblad and may other have been using for the past 10 years, or maybe some others option? This is killling me in the commercial arena and the higher ups at Fuji refuse to comment.

Shoot raw plus JPEG when shooting tethered with Capture One. The application will read the JPEGs. After your shoot, convert your RAFs to DNG and you’re back in business. The conversion is an annoyance, but it works. In the mean time, you’re back in the tethering game.
