Cannon --> Fuji x-t20 newbie from Saint Louis, MO

Decided to get rid of my Canon 70d and get the best mirror lens camera I could afford. After much research, I settled on the Fuji X-T20 with the 18-55 lens and the 50-230 lens. 

 

I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on books or video tutorials on learning to use the camera? I am pretty confident on the ISO/Aperture/Shuter Speed etc. but trying to learn how to come from a Canon to a fuji has taken some learning. 

 

Can someone tell me if there is a way to select all focus points instead of just one or a series of "some"? I want to select all 325 at once? I think I could do that on the Canon and not sure how to do it on the Fuji.

I am pretty sure that you cannot “ select” all the focus points at the same time (what would you be selecting?) on your X-T20.

 

In any case not in my X-T1.
