Lens Markings

I have a small question which is puzzling for the moment, I wonder if mine 35mm is like the pound coins worth hundreds of pounds for being different! One of those lenses is not marked at the bottom You can clearly see the others 14mm/23mm/56mm/90mm but the Super EBC 35mm 1:1.4 does not have 35 engraved upon it above the rear cap.

Now is my copy of this lens unique? A grey import? Or perfectly normal? Anyone else with the 35mm has yours the marking or not?

Interesting my first thought was oh sugar I bought a grey import! Not had the best of experiences in the dim past with such purchases.

Hello, I just recently purchased the Fuji X-T1. I'm an over the road truck driver and thought that the X-T1 would be the perfect fit for my lifestyle. Last winter I went through a divorce and the ex got almost all of the Canon bodies and L lenses. After the divorce I found myself free to do what I wanted, left the insurance business and got my CDL. Now I'm traveling the country and having a blast. All that was missing was a new camera system. Along with the X-T1 and kit lens, I bought the 35 1.4 and the Rokinon 8mm. I also bought the Digital Juice Suction Cup Mount with a Giotti Ballhead. I already have the Vello Shutterboss, so I'm hoping to do some really cool night photography while I'm in motion.

      Hey folks,

First post here. Received the X-T1 about a week ago and wanted to share my first impressions.
