If you really want to do something simple and quick to mount and dismount, quickly and at a very low cost get some polystyrene about 3 cm thick (they come in different sizes ).

 

Pin it together with bamboo skewers and put a sheet of tracing paper of the appropriate size in front of it.

 

This is how I learned (and made myself) to make portable window light banks when I was a stage (still) photographer for the cinema. I have taught many students to do these things when I taught studio photography.
