I've pretty much decided slingstrap that I made a thread about earlier.

Now what about wrist strap?

or

The plus side with Peakdesign is that it's easily detachable and I can attach the slingstrap easy. But the Gordy looks more discreet and less bulky.

Thoughts?

Take a peak at Gordy's camera straps.

I don't mind paying for a good craftmanship so I purchased the Gordy

Excellent choice!  I've been buying from Gordy since my X-E1 days back in 2013.

I'm a real fan of the Cam-In cotton/leather wrist straps. You can sometimes find them on Amazon but always find them on eBay. I've used one on an X-T1 and X-E2 previously and now have one on my X-T2 and X-T20.

I went for Gordy's. I received it today. Not sure if I should've got longer one. I went for the regular size. What size do you people have?

I'm a big fan of this Tap & Dye wrist strap. It's incredibly comfortable and the leather is very durable and high quality. Gordy's makes a great product too though. I have the Tap and Dye on my X-Pro2 and a Gordy's on an X-E1.

For leather maintenance, I use Montana Pitch Blend once every other month, sometimes more frequently depending on the weather conditions I've been shooting in.

    • Yup, that was what I thought. If you mainly use the viewfinder, then leave that setting turned off. It is intended (when turned on) for those that use the touch screen for viewing and choosing the focus point.
    • What happened to me was the touch screen was on and if my nose touched the screen whilst using the viewfinder, I would move the focus point. It was so annoying I have the touch screen turned off completely

    • X100f stuck in A and P mode!  I just got my x100f back from servicing and even when I move the aperture ring and shutter dial away from A - it is still in A mode- if I move the aperture ring and shutter dial to A- I am in P mode.   I want M mode- I am pulling my hair out. Am I missing some step in settings or is my camera damaged from servicing?
    • By chance do you have the settings for touch screen focus turned on? If so, then every time you look through the view finder, the focus point will bounce around like you are describing. Make certain it is turned off in the menus. That setting is more intended to be used with the big lcd screen.
