pw-pix
Have a look at the video from pal2tech, it seems like there are some confusing and/or non-intuitive things to trip over in the bluetooth setup since this firmware update.
hennieee
Hi, I also have the same issue. I e-mailed them and they replied that it has to do with the operating system on the phones... It only works with native/stock android they said, not with OxygenOS (android 15) which i have on my Oneplus Nord4. They also said on email that they are not planning to release an update for the XApp for this issue... So that would mean that certain phones are not able to use the XApp at all anymore...??? arzugar
Hi, Same issue here since the firmware update. I'm on ColorOs (android 13) on an Oppo Find X3 Lite for reference, it really is a shame if they do not plan on releasing an update. The only solution I see for now would be to downgrade the firmware to the previous version, using some shady hacks, but not sure how safe it is. Steve Crook
It's a problem with the camera and phone not agreeing on how to manage the pairing. It appears to only affect phones from Oppo, OnePlus, and any other brand that uses the same oppo/OnePlus version of Android. My xt-5 was broken by a recent firmware update in exactly the same way. As far as I'm aware it's a problem with the camera firmware NOT the X-App. It's disappointing (to say the least) that this isn't going to be fixed. Also the remark that it only works with stock android is nonsense, since there are plenty of people out there with Samsung phones. What they meant was, we can't be bothered to test it on ColourOs. It would appear that Fuji are, gradually ensuring that ALL their cameras don't work with ColourOs which doesn't seem like the smartest move... arzugar
Hello there, this issue has been fixed (for me at least) with the X-App update on 20/09/2025. I hope it's the same for you.
Olegon
I had the same problem with my iPhone 15 Pro. I simply deleted the previous connection in the app and recreated it. Everything worked.
