That is not correct. Flash settings do not affect using SS on command dial. -
Hi there, I'm suggesting the obvious here but are you referring to the OUTER knurled dial which should just click/rotate or the inner dial which is the ISO. To change the ISO from Auto you need to lift up the dial to rotate it. If the outer dial does not rotate/click then there is a fault with the camera.Welcome, dear visitor!
