Hi new here need some advice

I have recently bought a xt30ii and I struggle to find a edeting program. I love taking pictures but hate editing them. So I am looking for program that is easy to use. I primarily use jpeg sooc. Any suggestions.

Welcome to our forum. You should give some more Information about the equipment you‘re intending to use for editing.

People looking to get away from Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop subscriptions have been praising Affinity Photo as a viable replacement for Photoshop. It's a perpetual licence instead of a subscription and is affordably priced. Available for Windows and Mac computers (and iPad).

I've not used it, but I have used their Publisher DTP software and it's very good.

As @Olaf W. mentions, knowing which equipment you will be using would make it easier to offer editing suggestions. There are plenty of no-cost and low-cost (and high-cost) editing softwares available, some are cross platform, some are only for particular operating systems. The Affinity Photo option @pw-pix mentions is very good and would be in the low-cost group.

By editing, do you mean things such as changing white balance settings or film simulations or cropping or something more substantial?

Also, if you are intending to edit your images, have you considered shooting in raw instead of jpeg? There are plenty of advantages for you to do that and if you decide you wanted just a jpeg version after all, it is very, very easy to get that, hardly any effort at all.

There is also Raw Power and the newer Nitro from 'gentlemen coders’ Nitro/Raw Power on Mac - that is if you are on Mac. If on Windows or Mac, Affinity is a great program too, but more complex than wither Nitro or Raw Power.
