Making recipe for editing

Dear all,

Although I own a TCL-100ii I want to make (occasional) use of digital zooming with my X100F and thus have a jpg as result.

I therefore want to make a recipe which gives me as much to work with in LR as possible.

For now I am experimenting with Pro Neg Std as I do like less contrast and saturation.

My question is about the parameters. Should they all be 0 or is it better to have for instance NR and Sharpness at -4.

And what is 0 in case of the other parameters? Is it "do nothing" or is it slightly more complex?
