X100VI can’t find V121 firmware downloaded?

Where did you look? The firmware download sites seem to be geo specific. I downloaded mine from the UK site.

In the top-right area of the page is a region/language selector that will take you to the correct page for your country and language.

If you have the Fuji-X app on your mobile phone and link it to your camera (which lets you remotely control the camera and copy photos from it to the phone) the app will tell you whenever there's an update, and if you then connect the camera it'll download and install the update. So there's no need to either keep looking out for new versions or knowing where they are.
