Hi, everyone!

I recently bought a used Fujifilm X-T20, and it's in almost brand-new condition. Everything on the camera works perfectly, except for the electronic viewfinder (EVF), which stays completely dark.

When I try to use it and press the button to toggle between the EVF and the LCD screen, the viewfinder remains non-functional. Interestingly, the red sensor light stays on, and when I bring the camera up to my eye, the LCD screen turns off as if it's switching to the viewfinder, but the EVF doesn’t display anything.

The LCD works perfectly, as does the rest of the camera, but I really need to use the EVF because it offers better focusing for the type of photography I do.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could it be a setting I’ve overlooked or a possible defect? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
