I played with the “Advanced Filter” settings, but don’t want to use all of the time. I can’t figure out how to reset to no filter. Tried twice. First time, I gave up and did a factory reset. Don’t want to keep doing that. There has to be a less drastic way of doing this.

I may be staring right at it, but I can’t figure out how to deselect — apply “none” — as opposed to just selecting a different filter.

Maybe I’m missing your point but if you choose Advanced Filters with the drive button then you can’t choose none - you need to choose some other drive option like Still Image

Thank you! That worked this time. It didn’t seem to do anything when I tried it (many times) before.

Not sure what I did to accomplish this before. Still Image doesn’t stick. I press Menu/OK. I press the joystick. The Toy Camera setting won’t go away

If you press the button at the top on the back of the camera marked marked "Drive Delete" it will show "Advanced Filter".

Use the joystick to scroll up to something like "Still Image"

Yes. I found that. But when I highlight Still Image and tap

  • OK,
  • press the joystick
  • hit Drive Delete again, or
  • press Back

the prior setting remains and the Still Image setting doesn’t take effect. What do I need to do to make it “stick”?

That is strange - on my camera the drive setting changes if I highlight something different and then tap the joystick or the menu button or half press the shutter.

The only time it doesn't change is if I press the back button.

Thanks to everyone who helped

And thanks for letting us know what the problem was - would never have guessed that as the problem

(although I tried setting the conversion lens to tele in the menu and couldn’t replicate the problem)
