Shutter Speed increase in tenth of stop in odd numbers

Hy guys, I've tried to search on the forum for a similar issue. Didn't find any so here is the problem:

Camera set on manula mode (M), Elinchrom Skyport Pro mounted on camera (when camera was turned off).

shutter speed reads 63.1 (??????), turning the dial encreases in tenth (63.1, 63.2 .... etc). Turning off camera doesn't solve. Disconnecting the Skyport, doesn't solve.

Reset the camera, problem seems gone, no skyport on camera. While re-programming the IQ menu to my needs, I check in the view finder and shutter speed back to 63.1 (!!!).

Reset again, problem seems gone for now.

Anyone had similar issue?

You have turned on the Flickerless SS Setting - its designed so that you can reduce flickering from some types of artificial lighting

I accidentally set the shutter for flicker reduction...

That's why....
