XF27 - Ideal Travel Lens

I have 2 XF zooms, 3 XF Primes (27, 35, 60) plus an X-E2 body, but when I'm travelling for business or pleasure, I usually take the X-M1 plus 27mm, because it's easy to carry, quick to set to fully auto when needed, and the lens seems to be so versatile that I rarely feel I've missed a shot because I needed a different lens.

Shots below were all taken this weekend in Singapore using the 27mm + X-M1 - seemed to do a decent enough job considering the range of subjects?

What's your favorite travel combo?

Is there an even better combination from the Fuji range?

Traveling in Budapest recently I brought my X-Pro2, 23mm f/1.4 and 35mm f/1.4 as the only lenses. I do agree that the 27mm is a phenomenal all purpose, compact lens though..... and I think my wife would agree because she has claimed my copy of the 27mm for her X-E1 and never takes it off her camera!

Here are a couple shots from the 35mm and 23mm from Budapest. When I travel with these two lenses they never let me down. Sometimes I may wish I had my 16mm or 10-24mm, but those only cover very specific types of shots for me. I need to catch up on my Flickr uploads, so I can't embed these in the post right now, but here are the links to them on my Tumblr blog posts:

I really like that night/street shot in Budapest!  I keep hearing good things about the 23mm f1.4 ...... think I'll try one and see if I 'need' another prime.

For me the ultimate travel kit is a X100/s/t. I've sold my X100T to partly finance my X-Pro 2 but I dearly miss it already.

I'm going to preorder the X100F directly after announcement...

That said I'm currently using the X-Pro 2 with 23 f1.4 and 56f1.2 for travel.

I've not used an X100 series camera, and I know it has a leaf shutter, but isn't an X-Pro 2 with 23mm f1.4 superior to the current X100's in most respects?
