Hi team,

I have not used my Fuji Xt3 in a while and after taking it out of the bag I have noticed the LCD not working properly anymore. Highlights are blown out, shapes and contrast lacking, and even the menu items, when I look at them on the LCD (in the viewfinder all ok) are like burned out and liquified.

Any idea what happened and if replacing the lcd would solve the issue? Is replacing the LCD a think I should do on my own? I don't think there is a Fuji service in Romania anymore.

Thank you so much,

Mihnea

No, you are not doing anything wrong, those posts are some automated ads, probably to help paying for the server.

Sorry to hear about your faulty LCD. I think your camera needs to go to Fuji service.

    • Has anyone taken their XH2s or XH2 on Photo-Safari?  How did it go and what lenses did you find the most useful?  Can you post some photos from your trip? Wondering about using my Fuji cameras on a Safari to Africa in September or should I consider one of the Sony cameras?  Would like to hear from others who have used Fuji.  Wondering how valuable the extra reach and lightness of the kit is to the experience is.  Also wondering the quality of the final result (which is the entire point anyway) Thanks
    • Comparing the X-M5 and the X-T30II the biggest difference is that the X-M5 doesn't have an electronic viewfinder. This would be a deal breaker for me but if you have grown up using a mobile phone as a camera it might not be something you would miss.
    • My guess is that its your computer - but you could contact the Iridient developer using his email address - I have always found him responsive and helpful
    • Hiya ive been looking to get my first camera for the past year and Fujifilm really caters my needs I shoot travel mostly architecture sometimes and my budget is around $1000 give or take and frankly the X-M5 is what im leaning into but others say the X-t30ii. Now i want to hear your thoughts on which of these cameras i should get or if you have better options for me ill be glad to take them! P.S Ill be pairing it up with the Viltrox 23mm f/1.4
    • Hi,  I just bought an X-T50 (with the 33mm f1.4), I'm very satisfied about it, I love it in fact. But I have a problem converting my raw files (RAF) with my Iridient X-Transformer (version 1.6.8), whereas I have no problem converting those of my X100V. There is a dialogue box indicating: [T1] DSCF0006.RAF: Loading RAW image... [T1] DSCF0006.RAF: ERROR: Unsupported model or file format (err=-1030). Is my version of the X-Transformer the problem? If so, why can I convert my X100V raw files with no problem? Or is my computer the problem (MacOS 10.12.6)? (I tried downloading more recent version or Iridient X-Transformer but my version of Mac seems to old to support that more recent version.) In hoping I don't have to buy a more recent computer, in addition to having just bought my super X-T50! Thanks, F.
