Hello, I recently purchased a used X-H2 from a reputable ebay seller (old account, plenty of sales, and no negative reviews). The camera pretty much looks brand new and was advertised as "Like New / Perfect Condition." It was packed exceptionally well and the box arrived in great condition.

Unfortunately, the rear command dial is much more resistant than the front one and almost seems to get lightly stuck while rotating it... I'm trying to give the seller the benefit of the doubt here, but it feels quite awful to me and it would be shocking to me if they hadn't noticed this... The front dial feels much better.

The seller doesn't accept returns so I'd probably have to escalate this issue and don't want to do so if this a common issue that I should have known about. Does anyone else have this issue on their X-H2? This can't be normal right?

I noticed that too on my XH-2 brand new from day one, I come from Nikon brand where dials are smoother, however in the long run (2 years of use) I don't find it objectionable beside most of the time I prefer instead to use the aperture ring on my lense. Overall I am happy with the ergonomics of the Fuji.
