Attached are comparison pictures of the Fujifilm Long Eyecup EC-XT L vs. the supplied eyecup on the X-T2.

It's an incremental improvement, especially since the eyecup/viewfinder combination supplied on the X-T2 is awful nice to look through regardless.

But it was a feature I thought was worth the $15.00...

Is there a difference?

Yes.

Is it huge?

No, but to get an extra 15% of shading (my subjective number) it's an accessory I prefer to have than have not.

I think the new standard cup is a great upgrade from what was on the XT-1 by default. And it likely causes less issues for eyeglass wearers. I had the extended on the X-T1, but sold that with the body. Don't think I'll upgrade the standard X-T2's eyecup.

If I can find mine, which I'll look here shortly, I can send it to you for free. It was never used. I replaced it as soon as I bought it.

Oh, how generous of you! Unfortunately for me, I found that Fuji still sells the replacements for the original X-T1 viewfinder, so I ordered one. It was $ 9.99 plus shipping. Which isn't so bad. I added my missing 60mm lens cap to the bill which was an astronomical $ 19.99... for a teeny tiny lens cap!!

Anyway, thanks so much for your offer. Karma will repay you. :)
