X100S issues

Any issues you have with x100s . I own x100s for 10 mouths and today I realised when I switch to manual focus,very weard noisy sound from lens sounds like focus mechanism is having rave party any idea what's is should be ? I m thinking about send camera back to wexphotograpic

And as well I m experiencing confusing and slow focusing in autofocus mode .

Never experienced that. I also own x100s I'd suggest sending it to Fuji.

Hello everyone. I have a problem with a quite new Fuji X100S. If I try to acquire Focus on an object very close to the camera (in the Macro zone I would say), I get an error message : "please turn off camera and turn it on again". When switching off, there is a "motorized" sound like passing through all focus range, but sounds like a motor. Switch on again and the camera is ready to go again - everything is fine, until I try to capture an object, really close to my lens, the the problem occurs again. Anyone having the same problem? Some help, please ?!?! Thanks!

Do you have a filter on your lens? I remember that with my X100 close-up magnification would bring the lens forward, almost out of its "barrel", and it could touch the filter. The X100 then have to be restarded.

Not sure it's your case, but it's worth mentionning I guess.
