X-T4 no playback to external monitor

My X-T4 will output video to my external monitor but I can't playback clips. The external monitor reads "no signal" when I press the play button to view clips. When I use the same monitor with an X-T5 I can playback clips.

 

Another weird thing. When I try to use an Atomos monitor with my X-T4, the Atomos monitor will not see any input signal from my X-T4. With the X-T5 I do have an input signal with the same Atomos monitor.

 

Lastly, When I use a very old Atomos monitor with my X-T4, I do have video input signal AND can playback clips.

 

I've checked the 4k HDMI Output settings and pretty much everything I can think of. Swapped multiple cables, you name it. Ever see something like this?
