Hello!

I've been considering about Fringer adapters autofocus speed and accuracy on X-H2S body. I shoot with XF150-600 f8 at the moment and In my country winter time is coming and f8 is too dark. I have planned to Get Fringer adapter and Nikkor 500mm f5.6 PF to get some more lightpower. Has anyone used this combo or other telephoto lens with fringer on X-H2S. Love to hear the experiences how it works. Thank you advance.

There is a person that goes by the user name Morris posting on another site that uses this very combination to get really good wildlife images. He explains his setup here:

Morris certainly shows how well the Fringer adapter works with Nikon lenses (especially for bird photography). I regularly use the Canon version with the Canon EF 200/2.8 lens as there is nothing similar in the Fujifilm range - it also works well.

I also use the Canon version with a Tamron 150-600 f6.3, it is nice and smooth.

Jerry thank you for info and links. I've been Fuji user since x100 and Still in love with great colours etc.. that Fuji products. Lack of long telephoto primes is Only drawback that Fuji has.  When fuji finally makes those they Will be awesome like every Fuji prime is.  😁🙏
